***The Reconditioning Process***

During our refurbishment process, we completely disassemble the entire unit right down to the base. We grind the base clean and paint it. The transfer motor is inspected, cleaned or replaced, The head is completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled using new belts and sealed bearings. The sleeve bearings are replaced. All worn parts are discarded and replaced. The quill is opened and the internal parts are cleaned. The quill bearings are replaced with sealed bearings. The tracer is disassembled to the core, completely cleaned, reassembled and calibrated. The LMU is cleaned and calibrated. All plastic parts including the internal buckets and cover are stripped and repainted using a durable high quality glossy finish. The main motors are rebuilt. The cutting wheels are discarded and replaced with brand new wheels. The main boards are inspected, cleaned and the latest software is installed.

Upon reassembly, our technicians meticulously detail every part of this patternless edger down to the wires and screws. Any worn part found is replaced. Every part of our units are in excellent condition.

Кто ещё работает на "Наде"?

У меня такой аппарат недавно появился. Хорошая штука. Только стёкла вытачивает долго, особенно минуса.

Да,стекло точит он долго
Повезло мне, что стекло бывает 1 из 25-35 заказов,так бы "посинел" делая всё стекло

стекла бывает вытачиваю на "такубе" 600.,но есть такие оправы что без найдека(нади) не обойтись.А позавчера немного подрегулировал и стало немного побыстрей стекла точить

скажите пожалуйста . а с чем связана медленная работа найдека по стеклу ?

Сила нажима линзы на алмазный круг + скорость вращения круга + скорость вращения линзы
Вот изза чего и скорость проточки не большая. Попробуй в меню выставить силу зажима и нажима линзы на максимум.
